This is the U.S. Army version of the M-62 "Cornell" trainer designated the PT-19. It's always been my favourite warplane. It was one of the last to sport the fancy paint jobs that were replaced by the solid (boring?) military colors in later years.
This model happens to be the first one I've offered that includes the custom cockpit object that adds so much to the appearance of X-plane aircraft. Pilots are curtesy of Paul Jones who so far has supplied pilots for most of the aircraft built for version 7.61, I think.
This aircraft is very well-behaved and easy to fly, as a trainer should be; as a bonus it stunts nicely and spins better than any plane I've built so far.
Enjoy!
